New Customer States "Great Product!"

Maybe I am speaking too soon because its only been 11 days since application, but so far so good with the Dri wash ULTRA ion. I'll really be able to tell when drier weather and lots of sun show up.

Prior to applying Ultra Ion; the water spots were visible and no matter what product Meguiars, info commercial products, drive through car wash and wax (the high end of $20) were used and nothing would make the water spots disappear.

Sent a photo and forgive the slight imperfection of outdoor exposure, pollen, etc. Thank you for this product. Its well worth the money.

DriWashed Z3 and Hi-Boy

Becky F is one of our customers from the great state of Nebraska. She has two beautiful BLACK cars, a BMW Z3 and a classic hot-rod Ford Hi-Boy. Becky says:

I have used DriWash for at least 10 years on both of these cars. My Z3 is a 2001 that I bought new. I knew I would have it a long time and have always taken the best care of it. DWG International has announced the retirement of the PUMP bottle. The PUMP was a well known suplement to the DRI WASH 'n GUARD Waterless Car Wash - everyone tends to remember "the waterless car wash the bottle you had to pump up to spray".

We were able to find a distributor that sold us 10 cases (120 bottles) and we sold out of them on April 30th.

The good news is that DriWash Solutions has been contacted by a previous competitor of DRI WASH 'n GUARD who is now out of business. They had a large lot of pumpers, made by the same company as the DWG PUMP bottle - only they come with a white base and a white pump cap. We've purchased this rather large lot of bottle and will be private labeling them "thePUMPER" - available on www.DriWashSolutions.com and www.thePUMPER.co.

My AIRoSol Pump bottle stopped working. Can you help?

Answer: There are several things you can try to get the pump bottle working again.

Be sure that you've not overfilled the bottle with product.
Correct fill level should be 75% product, 25% air.
Do not Overfill!
Not allowing a significant amount of air into the bottle will not allow it to pressurize fully and completely.

Be sure you've pressurized the bottle by using its cap to pump air into the bottle.
Using cap, pump 10-15 times or until significant resistance is felt.
Do not Overpressurize!
Make sure the long white piston is not damaged.
The very bottom of the piston seal should be continuous, with no rips or tears.

Be sure the bottle is holding pressure.
Unscrew the collar after pumping 10 times.
You should hear a pressure release from the bottle, which sounds like "Shhhhhh".
If you do not hear the release of pressure, be sure the rubber gasket is not missing or damaged between the bottle and the white spray head.

Be sure the spray nozzle is not clogged.
Remove the white spray head assembly from the bottle, and submerse in HOT water for approximately 30 minutes.
Fill the bottle with HOT water, pressurize, and attempt to spray the HOT water.
Spray until an uninterrupted and uniformly round spray pattern is achieved.
Once cleared, alllow the bottle to completely dry - usually overnight.
To prevent clogging in the future, always clear the nozzle of product after each use. Clear the nozzle by holding it upside down, and spraying until all product has been released, and only air is emitted from the nozzle.

Be sure nozzle is not completely bottomed against spray head.
There should be a small amount of clearance/movement in the tip of the spray nozzle and the head.
If the nozzle will not move at all, use a small regular screwdriver to pry up the nozzle from the spray head.

If none of these tips and trick seem to work, please call Distributor Services, at 702.262.5555 and explain the issue.

2009 Kickoff Special

Solutions Group Members:

I hope you are weathering the financial crisis with good results. I just wanted to relay some information I received from DWG International when I received my monthly commission check. Rod has announced a 2009 Kick off Special for upgrading your status. In my 6 years of being a DWG distributor (I'm a 5 Star Director), I've never seen offers this low before. For you dealers out there, it's really a great deal, and remember, I CONTINUE to offer my guarantee: Whatever products you purchase to upgrade your status can be sold back to me at anytime you decide. You'll NEVER be stuck with product you can't get rid of - I buy it back from you at my discount (currently 50% off retail), you pay for shipping to me, and I cut you a check for 50% of the retail value of the product you're shipping me - it's that easy (so your risk is 10% plus shipping)

I'd just like to share some thoughts with you and hopefully get you thinking: When you go to the grocery store, the mall, or any other store, would you buy anything if they told you, well, yes we sell that item, but we don't have any to give you right now - we'll need to order it, and have it shipped to you. No, you probably wouldn't. It's the same with DRI WASH 'n GUARD. You need to have stock available to sell right then and there. "There's nothing free in life", and "It takes money to make money" are two common sayings that ring true in business. Each one of the stores you visit at the mall have a TREMENDOUS amount of capital invested in inventory. All I'm trying to say is that it's difficult to sell products that you don't have - why not take this opportunity to buy some product to have as inventory and give it a try?

As an example, current DEALERS (20%) can upgrade to DIRECTOR (40%) buy purchasing $995 Retail Volume (RV) worth of product at a 40$ discount - that's 10 Complete Detail Kits (10 x 100 RV = 1000 RV - 40% = $600. Also, it doesn't have to be detail kits, it can be any cases of product that add up to $1000 RV). Everything you purchase after that initial upgrade purchase is at the 50% discount level.
