The DWG Compensation Plan - Simplified

Simplifying the Compensation Plan

Understand the compensation plan and be ready to present it in the simplest form possible. Making it sound complicated is a definite turn off. The following is how I present the compensation plan…it's short and sweet and to the point.

With DWG International™, we have 3 discount levels. A Smart Start Dealer, at a 30% profit level, a Manager, at a 40% profit level and a Director, at a 50% profit level.

You can become a Smart Start Dealer, (SSD), simply by purchasing a Complete Detail Kit along with your distributorship and distributor kit for only $127.45. You will receive a 30% discount on all your product purchases and whenever you sponsor another SSD, you will earn a Direct Commission check of $20 the following week from DWG International™.

Now to become a Manager, all you need to do is purchase $995.00 in products at a 30% discount from DWG International™ and pay $34.95 for your distributor application. When you complete this order, you will qualify as a Manager and you will receive a 40% discount on any future product orders.

To become a Director, all you need to do is purchase $1995.00 in products at a 40% discount from the company and pay $34.95 for your distributor application. When you complete this order, you will qualify as a Director and you will receive a 50% discount on any future product orders.

Practice makes perfect and if you read this over and over a few times, you will be an expert with the front end of the compensation plan. You should be able to present this portion of the comp plan in less than 2 minutes. Remember to always have your distributor application and product order form available so your prospect can get started right away.

Just a quick note to pass along information from the Home Office on Promo's, the annual leadership conference, and the Waterless Times.  The go out in global e-mails, but some of you, like me,  may not be getting them.

DWG INTERNATIONAL™ LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE DATES CHANGED
The DWG International™ Leadership Conference that normally takes place early in the year has been rescheduled due to the numerous requests from the distributor base. As most of you were aware this year the Leadership Conference was to take place on January 16th and 17th at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in fabulous Las Vegas. However due to the economic downturn that has taken place nationwide over the past couple of months we have been bombarded with requests from distributors that planned on coming to see if there was a way to reschedule it to a later date. With the conference scheduled so closely to the holidays most of the calls from distributors indicated that they would be forced to make a choice…having a holiday season with their families or attending the conference but could not afford to do both.

Therefore we have been in contact with the hosting property and have been allowed to reschedule the National Leadership Conference until May 15th and 16th, 2009. Unfortunately we know that this will inconvenience many distributors in the field to make this change so late but due to the many requests from the field we could not find an alternative choice. Canceling this annual event was never a choice as so many distributors look forward to their annual “pilgrimage” to Las Vegas each and every year and to attending the National Leadership Conference.

We will be making a formal announcement of when we will begin accepting reservations for the Conference at a later date. With this change in dates any distributors that may have already made their room reservations must call the SunCoast Hotel and make any changes with the reservation department. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused any distributors that may have planned on the January date but, as stated, there were too many requests from the distributors in the field that would not be able to attend. We will be making a formal announcement when we will begin taking reservations but in the meantime we thank you all for your understanding and we look forward to a successful Leadership Conference in May.

NEW OCTOBER WATERLESS ETIMES NOW POSTED FOR VIEWING IN BACKOFFICE AND ONLINE!!
The October issue of the Waterless ETimes is now available for all distributors to look over. You may find the latest edition by either going to the backoffice support area or by going to www.waterlesstimes.com.

This month you will find some great articles from Certified Leadership Team Members, Pat & Dennis Stafford as well as a new section from Glen Azumi called “Zoom Zoom’s Tip Corner”. Are You Taking Advantage of the Deep Discounts??

In August of this year DWG International™ began offering it’s distributors an additional 10% discount off the retail price of all Dri Wash ‘n Guard® products for the entire month. At that time we were truly overwhelmed by the calls and online orders placed by the entire field.
