I hope you are weathering the financial crisis with good results. I just wanted to relay some information I received from DWG International when I received my monthly commission check. I'd just like to share some thoughts with you and hopefully get you thinking: When you go to the grocery store, the mall, or any other store, would you buy anything if they told you, well, yes we sell that item, but we don't have any to give you right now - we'll need to order it, and have it shipped to you. No, you probably wouldn't. It's the same with DRI WASH 'n GUARD. You need to have stock available to sell right then and there. Recently I painted a remodeled kitchen for a customer. Not only did she remodel everything but she had brand new Black appliances installed. This gave me the perfect opportunity to demo our Home product for her. After showing her a 30-second demo on her new stove and microwave, she was very impressed with the shine and protection that it left.

Simplifying the Compensation Plan

Understand the compensation plan and be ready to present it in the simplest form possible. Making it sound complicated is a definite turn off. The following is how I present the compensation plan…it's short and sweet and to the point.

With DWG International™, we have 3 discount levels. A Smart Start Dealer, at a 30% profit level, a Manager, at a 40% profit level and a Director, at a 50% profit level.

You can become a Smart Start Dealer, (SSD), simply by purchasing a Complete Detail Kit along with your distributorship and distributor kit for only $127.45. You will receive a 30% discount on all your product purchases and whenever you sponsor another SSD, you will earn a Direct Commission check of $20 the following week from DWG International™.

Now to become a Manager, all you need to do is purchase $995.00 in products at a 30% discount from DWG International™ and pay $34.95 for your distributor application. When you complete this order, you will qualify as a Manager and you will receive a 40% discount on any future product orders.

To become a Director, all you need to do is purchase $1995.00 in products at a 40% discount from the company and pay $34.95 for your distributor application. When you complete this order, you will qualify as a Director and you will receive a 50% discount on any future product orders.

Practice makes perfect and if you read this over and over a few times, you will be an expert with the front end of the compensation plan. DWG INTERNATIONAL™ LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE DATES CHANGED
The DWG International™ Leadership Conference that normally takes place early in the year has been rescheduled due to the numerous requests from the distributor base. As most of you were aware this year the Leadership Conference was to take place on January 16th and 17th at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in fabulous Las Vegas. However due to the economic downturn that has taken place nationwide over the past couple of months we have been bombarded with requests from distributors that planned on coming to see if there was a way to reschedule it to a later date. With the conference scheduled so closely to the holidays most of the calls from distributors indicated that they would be forced to make a choice…having a holiday season with their families or attending the conference but could not afford to do both.

Therefore we have been in contact with the hosting property and have been allowed to reschedule the National Leadership Conference until May 15th and 16th, 2009. Unfortunately we know that this will inconvenience many distributors in the field to make this change so late but due to the many requests from the field we could not find an alternative choice. Canceling this annual event was never a choice as so many distributors look forward to their annual “pilgrimage” to Las Vegas each and every year and to attending the National Leadership Conference.

We will be making a formal announcement of when we will begin accepting reservations for the Conference at a later date. With this change in dates any distributors that may have already made their room reservations must call the SunCoast Hotel and make any changes with the reservation department. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused any distributors that may have planned on the January date but, as stated, there were too many requests from the distributors in the field that would not be able to attend. We will be making a formal announcement when we will begin taking reservations but in the meantime we thank you all for your understanding and we look forward to a successful Leadership Conference in May.

Important message to All DWG Distributors

Some of the distributors took advantage of the great 30/40/50% off on all of the products during the month of August. If 'some of those distributors' were in your downline, your commission checks will be larger this month than last month. Now, as sponsors of these distributors, it is important that you assist these distributors in 'how to reduce their new inventory of products'…So - how do you do that?

First, all distributors need to be 'high profile' in their business. What does that involve? Well, it could mean a number of things. Do you have car signage? Are you wearing buttons on your shirt that states what your business is? Are you wearing a shirt/blouse/cap that says 'Waterless Carwash - Ask Me How?' or something similar? Are you setting up a booth at a local donut shop, trade show, flea market, RV show, Boat show, Motorcycle show, Air Force Base, Car show, Airplane show? (You can go online and Google search' shows, etc. taking place in your area). Are you conducting product
showcases (grand openings of your business) with your family, friends, co-workers? Are you contacting apartment complexes since most can't wash their cars in the area? Are you attending or giving trainings in your area?
Most important - are you 'showing the product every day' somewhere, somehow, someplace?? That's the key - the '30-second' demo.

Now you have some ideas for reducing product inventory. Believe me, if your distributors aren't out showing the product and making retail sales, they will end up storing their products in the garage and blaming you, as their sponsor, as one of the reasons they didn't do well in this business. Yes, they took advantage of the discounts but you want them to continue to use/purchase inventory to keep their business going - not just a 'one-time' yearly purchase because of the discounted rates.

So, now is the time for all sponsors to get in touch with their downline and offer suggestions/assistance on how they can deplete their inventory purchased at the great discounts. Even if you just send them emails to assist them with their business - that's okay! Just do something to motivate them and to let them know you're there to help.

Combining the Friday Demo Report & Transitions Call with the Monday Product call was decidedly a big success with the distributors. Hosted by Certified Team Members, Pat Stafford, Glen Azumi and Rolinda Harris the format is now set up for the first 30 minutes for products discussion and question and answer period. The second 30 minutes of the call then dedicates itself to distributors sharing their successes and demos that they had during the course of the week. There is also assistance in perfecting your demo and the transition to sharing with your prospect that there’s a business behind the bottle.

Since the new format introduction the number of distributors taking advantage of this call to learn and teach their downline has increased each and every week.

How to Edit and Change
Your DWG Profile Information

During the course of being a DWG distributor there may come a time when you may move from one location to another. When you do this, most of you will take the time to complete an address change that you may get at any post office. Then there is the long list of relatives, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. that need to be told your new information. When going through the long list of people and companies to notify there are times when notifying DWG may “fall through the cracks”. By following the simple instructions below you will now be able to go to the BackOffice Support Area and make any changes on your own...this may be something as simple as just a new email address or new phone number. All the contact information that you have given DWG International™ since you signed up as a distributor is listed here for you to update at your convenience.

Login to the BackOffice simply by following the instructions provided in the Global Email titled, “BackOffice Tip” dated May 29th.
Once you are in the BackOffice Support Area Information Center you will see a number of different icons that will provide you with different information.
Just to the lower left you will see the term, “Distributor Support” followed by 3 sub file icons. Move your cursor over the icon titled, “Business Center” and click to open. This will take you to the “Forms & Business Tools” section.
Scroll your cursor to the very top of the page where you will see 5 icon boxes. Move the cursor over the box marked, “Profile Edit” and click once to open.
This will open a page that will tell you “PROCESSING PLEASE WAIT”. After a very short period (depending on your computer) it will open to the “Edit Your Profile” page.
You will see 2 columns on this page...one on the left contains all of your contact information that you have provided to DWG International™ and on the right you will see a corresponding blank box for each line on the left hand side.
To update your information simply type in the changes you wish to make in the blank box on the right side that corresponds with the “old” information located on the left side.
Once you have completed entering all the new updated information in the corresponding boxes on the right side move your cursor on the icon called “Submit Changes” and click once.
This will open to a separate page. At the top of this page you will see all the NEW information that you just entered into the “boxes” along with the verbiage:
The above profile correction has been sent.
Changes should appear no later than 7:30PM EST next work day
You have now completed making the necessary update to your contact information for DWG International™.

How to Download DWG Forms
for Printing

LOGIN TO BACKOFFICE:
To log on to the DWG BackOffice Support Area simply go to the DWG home page at www.dwginternational.com and then click on the link to the left marked, "Distributor Log In".

This will open up a new box that will contain two smaller boxes asking for specific information. In the first box it asks for your pin number...here simply type in your personal distributor pin number which was assigned to you when you became a DWG distributor.

In the second box it asks for PASSWORD. When you signed up as a distributor you were required to either give your social security number, federal tax number (if you signed up as a business) or your social insurance number (if you are a Canadian distributor)...that is the number that you type in where it asks for PASSWORD then click on the word "SUBMIT" just below the boxes.

ACCESS FORMS SECTION:
This will open up the BackOffice Support Area Information Center where you will see a number of different icons that will provide you with different information (take the time to click on the individual icons to make yourself familiar with what is available to you.)

Once you are in the Information Center just to the lower left you will see the term, "Distributor Support" followed by 3 sub file icons. Move your cursor over the icon titled, "Business Center" and click to open. This will take you to the "Forms & Business Tools" section.

In the middle of your page you will see a menu containing a list of different options that are now available to you including one titled, "Forms"... move your cursor to this title and click to open.

This will open a Security Information Box telling you that the page you are about to open contains both secure and non-secure items. Do you want to display the non-secure items? Move your cursor over the YES box and click.

This will open you up to all the documents that are fully printable by simply clicking on the term "DOWNLOAD" to the right of the document you wish to open.

Once this is open look just above the edge if the document and you will see a small "tool bar" giving you different options...go to the upper left corner and you will see a replica of a "miniature" printer. Move your cursor to this icon and click to print document.

To close the window, click the "X" on the top right corner.

MSDS FORMS SECTION:
To print any of the MSDS forms scroll to the bottom of the list of documents and you will see just the term, "MSDS" on the left hand side of the box. Place your cursor directly on this term and click once. This will open up a separate box listing all the MSDS forms for all the DWG products. To print the ones you wish simply follow the same instructions as above.

Gas Saving Tips - Getting the most out of a Gallon

Just wanted to share some gas saving tips with you that I hope you feel are useful and will share with other customers, friends, prospective customers, or whomever your feel could benefit. Using these simple tips, I was able to increase my MPG on a tank of gas by 3 MPG from 21 to 24 MPG on a 4L V6.. If you have additional tips - send them to me - I'd love to hear them!

(1) Fill your tires to the maximum allowable pressure as stated on the sidewall of the tire, however, do not over inflate. This reduces rolling friction, and will increase mileage.

(2) Fill your engine's crankcase with the manufacturers specified oil, which for most new cars is 5w20. Add a bottle of DWG Polyguard-1 Oil Treatment. This improves the lubricating characteristics of the oil and reduces friction.

(3) Get to the highest numerical gear in your transmission as soon as you can. In transmission design, there is a ratio call the "N over V" or N / V ratio. This is the ratio of Engine Speed (N) to Vehicle Speed (V). Your vehicle gets the best gas mileage when the N / V ratio is as close to 1 as possible. This means at low engine speed and high vehicle speed. This occurs in the highest numerical gear in your transmission (4th, 5th, or 6th).

(4) Coast whenever you can. Going down hills or approaching a stop sign in the distance, put your transmission in Neutral and coast. This lowers your engine speed to idle, while getting a very low N/ V ratio during the coast. If your vehicle has an onboard computer that computes instantaneous MPG, check what it reads when you coast from 50 MPH while in Neutral - it will max out.

(5) Keep your vehicle clean using DRY WASH 'n GUARD(R) Waterless Car Wash. Clean vehicles slip through the air with less effort than dirty vehicles, reducing the coefficient of drag, and hence improving mileage.

To log on to the DWG BackOffice Support Area simply go to the DWG home page at www.dwginternational.com and then click on the link to the left marked, “Distributor Log In”.

Depending on the speed of your computer you will then gain access to all that great distributor information that will assist you in growing your DWG business.

If your renewal is past due another box will appear telling you “Time to Renew Your Distributorship”. It will also tell you your renewal date as well as how many days past due that you are. You will also find a link stating; “Renew Now – Click Here”. By clicking on that link it will take you to a place you may renew online. Within 24 hours of renewing your distributorship you will once again have immediate access to the BackOffice Support Area.

First off, I'd like to wish you a happy Memorial Day, and ask that you take a minute to give thanks to those that are serving or have served our country.

Secondly, I'd like to share a tip with you that was distributed via DWG's Global; E-Mail. If you've not signed up for Global e-Mail, use this tip to get signed up!

Since the launch of the DWG BackOffice we have received many great suggestions as how to use it effectively for your business. If you are on VoiceCom you constantly are receiving these tips that are sent to help you greatly enhance your DWG opportunity. However we have also received many calls to distributors services as well as emails asking how to simply log on to the BackOffice. Some distributors have simply forgotten their pin number when asked to enter it. In this particular instance we suggest that you either look on your last invoice for product, contact us directly or call your upline as they should always have a record of those distributors in their organization.

To log on to the DWG BackOffice simply go to the DWG home page at www.dwginternational.com and then click on the link to the left marked, “Distributor Log In”. This will open up a new box that will contain two smaller boxes asking for specific information. In the first box it asks for PIN#...here simply type in your distributor pin number you were assigned after becoming a DWG distributor. In the second box it asks for PASSWORD and here is where some distributors get confused. When you first signed up as a distributor you were required to either give your social security number, federal tax number (if you signed up as a business) or your social insurance number (if you are from Canada)...and that is the number that you type in where it asks for PASSWORD. You may type it in with or without the dashes that usually accompany that number then click on the word “SUBMIT”. Depending on the speed of your computer you will then gain access to all that great distributor information that so many others are already making great use of.

Well, here in Upstate NY, we just had a spring Nor' Easter come by and drop 14" of snow on us - quite unusual for us to say the least. I've got to believe that Spring is on it's way!

And with spring, comes warm weather, and car washing with DRI WASH 'n GUARD(R)! What better time to get back into the business than the spring. I'd like to suggest that you log into the back office of DWG International's website at http://www.dwgint.com and click the distributor log in button. Remember to use your PIN number as your username, and your SS# or (Federal TaxID) as your password. This site is secure, so there's no need to worry.

While you're there, check to see when your distributor fee is due, and keep it paid up (especially Managers and Directors).

I'm not sure if you're aware of the price DECREASE of both the Classic and the Ultra-Ion as of January of this year. Click on the American flag at the top to download the latest price list.

There's lots of other good information there as well - and while you there, why not pickup some inventory and get ready for Spring!
